The app never worked. Rebooted, reloaded, tried the app on wifi and LTE and all it did was show the first page. Nothing showed after several retries and fifteen minutes the last try. Dont bother.

Terrible app! To many things to list. Top three biggest complaints- 1:Would not process credit card 2:Doesnt give the option to place order and pay at store 3: now Im signed up for there terrible mailing list.

I make food runs for my entire work crew and order from mcalisters pretty often. Tried this app at least a dozen different times and its literally never worked. It either cant find a location, cant communicate with the store, or takes the whole order and throws up errors constantly. This app is the worst Ive yet to deal with, even Pokémon go has less glitches!

Its nice to be able to order and see the menu from this app. Problem is that you cannot use your rewards card/points from this app. And once you pay for it, you cant go into the store and use your rewards. Should make one app that does both. If you order online you can use your rewards but not the app.

I downloaded the app, ordered multiple items, added my credit card and submitted order. Everything looked fine, received a receipt but a few minutes later received an email from "Snapfinger Support" telling me that something went wrong with my order and to call the location. I called and they told me they had an order from me but it was empty. So I had to re-order. This app is useless if it doesnt communicate with the location properly.

There are a lot of bugs in this app. I tried to work around them but ultimately wasnt able to. Please fix!

App doesnt work. I declined it to find my location, so Im not sure if thats why it wont work. It keeps telling me there are no stores in my state. I can spit on 2 from my house. I drive by 3 to go to work. Since I cant find a store on the app, I cant access any info- menus, or make an order. Kinda angry they now have my contact info (email, name, phone) for no reason.

I just downloaded the app to order lunch, but it isnt working. No matter what location I type in, it says that the location cannot be found. I even went to the map and zoomed in on the store I wanted to order from, but I couldnt select it. I hope this issue can be resolved in the near future.

The app doesnt send the order to the store, so when you go to pick up your order, its not ready and you have to order again at the store, defeating time-management. Ive tried one day 2 weeks ago on my lunch break... Had to eat on the way back because of this happening. I make an order at home, go by there at the time it stated my order would be ready and they cannot find my order--again. Instead of ordering (at the store again), I decided to go to their competitor, Jasons Deli, and order through their app. I like McAllisters food more than I do Jasons Deli, but when I pre-order because I am pressed for time, Ill go to their competition and let them have my money. PLEASE FIX!

I had this app for maybe 1 minute before deleting. It could not connect to Facebook, find a location and then just sent errors for every other thing I tried to do. Too buggy for such a big brand.

I can see the Mcalisters from my house. Says the nearest one is 48 miles away.

Just downloaded the app, signed in to my account, went to my recent orders, and reordered last weeks order all within 5 minutes. Very easy and worked great! Saves the receipt in your photos as a bonus!!!

Dont even bother. This app only gives errors.

This app worked perfect for us. We even used it on a road trip. Easy to use. Our order was ready at the exact time! Love!

My LOCAL restaurant locations are NEITHER listed, nor RECOMMENDED as options in Indianapolis....

Mcalisters food is great but this app is for the birds!! Cant find any locations in Indiana!? Really?! I even entered the entire address and still says cant find! AWFUL, AWFUL!

This app is useless! Cant find location or even make an order. Only given 1 star because i was forced to rate it that. Lol

I ordered using this app at my nearest McAllisters of my job. When I pick up the order, they say dont order from the app again because the restaurant is not affiliated with the company anymore. They should keep their app updated!
