App crashes every time I try to open it.

The app crashes as soon as I open it. Totally useless.

I used this app quite often before I updated my phone to iOS 10 and it worked greatly. Now the app wont even open :( it is very sad. I hope McCallisters will fix this soon.

App crashes before it can begin as of 9/25

If you order through the app, you cant earn rewards points, even when you arrive to pick up your order. They have to void your order and re-ring you up. That also means you have to download two different apps. Moreover, this ordering app crashes constantly. Overall, its worse than not having an app at all.

The food was great but the tea was terrible

App cannot find any restaurants near me, even though there is a McAlisters nearby in my hometown (location services is turned on for this app)

App does not work at all. Says there are no locations near me when there are actually 2 within a 10 mile radius. Useless!

This app hasnt been working for a month!! It kept closing me out. I tried deleted it and re downloading it. After I did the latest update it now wont shut me out but just continues to search for my location. I work right next to McAlisters and I have to wait 30 min just to order when it used to be convenient to order.

Downloaded and immediately cannot find a location. While I am sitting in one. Does a continuous loop of "trying" to find location and will not let me off of it.

This app is terrible. We have a McAlisters location one block away from us and the app only pulls up a location 56 miles away. Deleted immediately.

Couldnt find my nearest McA location which is less than a mile from me. Wouldnt let me even see menu. Wanted to place an order. Couldnt do it. Deleting!

App is useless! Continuously searches for location.

This app used to work. It was great. Now, it gets stuck in determining location. Have been unable to use it. Worse still, when I get to the deli, they make me go through the "eat in" line. Worthless!!!!
