McAlisters Deli App Reviews

Locational service does not search all Mc Alister Deli locations.

Good for only viewing menu. Tried to place order twice and never worked.

I havent been able to place an order yet on this app!!! Its always "obtaining location"! Im like 2 miles away do a store!!!!

Downloaded app only for it to say that no restaurants where found matching your search criteria. Its literally 7 minutes from my house.

Cant find your location so just spins forever .

Unlike the other reviewers, I was able to find my local restaurant, and was able to order. What I dont like is that the "customization" of sandwiches is a bit confusing. There is a section that says, "Remove ingredients" but if you choose any of them, the end description doesnt say "No..." Instead it lists the things as if you DO want them.

No menu option unless location is selected. I live 300 ft from a location that isnt available. This app is literally worthless.

Im in the restaurant. My Gps is functional and sees me clearly. The app says there are no locations nearby. Ummmm... Exactly whats the point of this app if I cant use it even when Im in the restaurant itself??

Only shows one location in all of Indiana... Horrible implementation

Ive read other reviews and sadly, just like everyone else I am between two locations, fairly close, and the closest it finds is 28 or so miles away?? I downloaded so I could order when I pick up my daughter and not have to wait, but now I see thats not an option through the app. Super disappointed :/

Pretty useless. Like others it wouldnt locate the store that I was right by.

Stop to eat at 8:15pm and was told they close at 8:00om every night I guess I wont be back.

The app simply doesnt work. It tries to find the closest deli and no matter if you are on wifi, have location services on or anything, it simply doesnt work. The concept is great. Order from the app and pick up your order. I am sure They are losing tons of sales revenue cause they cant their app working. It is 2016. Time to either fix it or dont even advertise an app.

This is not the current app for the deli and should not be used. Look for app that has the word club in it. This app does not have current menu and is by a company no longer seems related to McAlisters Deli. All in store signs point to a different app with similar name

Doesnt work, cant locate me to find nearest McAlisters. Constantly crashing. Pointless to even have on the App Store.

Just worthless. Im parked 50 ft from entrance and it only shows store 50 miles away

Well this app is useless since it wont find my local McAllisters. Maybe I will update this review when my location is available.
