This app would be great once the Topeka, Ks McAlisters gets added! Our McAlisters has been here almost a year and still not added. Could it be added to the app please?

Great App for simple orders. The Special Instructions are not sent to the store. Can that be fixed to avoid losing time and wasting food?

None of the locations near me are listed in the app. I specifically downloaded the app for to-go ordering. Whats the point if I still have to go online and order because the app doesnt have my nearest restaurants listed. They have been there years. There is no reason they shouldnt be added as locations you can order from. Deleted.

This app would be great if you could actually complete your order. Dont bother downloading the app, just place your order via phone like youre living in 1998 still, its faster.

This is awful!! I cant get no mustard on a pick 2!!! It took forever to load... I just canceled and said forget it! I would give it 0 stars if I could!!

Wouldnt let me checkout. Kept giving me an error that pickup time was past but wouldnt let me change the pickup time.

What happened to the "Choose-Two" option on the menu? I used it last week, but it is not a choice today. 95% of the time a order a choose two. Please put it back on the app menu.

The new generation is trying to minimize carrying a wallet hence all the cellphone wallet cases...last thing people want are a bunch of rewards cards in their wallet that they can only use when they go to that place...chances are they wont carry it around always because most of the time its a waste of space...rewards card should have been available on wallet before actual payment cards...

Doesnt have my location listed, the place where it was founded, Oxford, MS. Please fix this, I would love to use the app

I cant even use the app. It says no locations found even though Im sitting maybe .25 miles from the location right now. Please fix.

I added the app bc it was listed on the website. Youd think, if it was there itd be functional. Poor execution on this.

I used to think Moes was the most non-intuitive restaurant app until I tried to use this one. McAlisters is definitely worse. If you have the patience or are stubborn enough, you can probably place an order. Im going back to ordering by phone.

They need to come to Chicago already, though.

The locations need updated or something. I am ringgit in front of a store and it does not locate, I put in the address and it does not locate. I was wanting to place my order online (since my hubby is in the hospital across the street) so I could just run in and pickup! It just didnt work for me! Please fix the app, it can be a great thing!

I have had this app give me issues every time I use it. Mostly, it is after I hit "Place Order". It will either say that it cant contact the store or just freeze on the payment to where Im not sure if it went through or not. My store almost always gets something wrong with the order so Im not sure how it comes through to them, but it is never right. And they always try to charge me for it even when the payment went through online.

Waste of time. Cant find a location. There is a store 2 miles from my home.
