Constant crashes and issues-not user friendly

I have had this app give me issues every time I use it. Mostly, it is after I hit "Place Order". It will either say that it cant contact the store or just freeze on the payment to where Im not sure if it went through or not. My store almost always gets something wrong with the order so Im not sure how it comes through to them, but it is never right. And they always try to charge me for it even when the payment went through online.
