App Doesnt Send Order

The app doesnt send the order to the store, so when you go to pick up your order, its not ready and you have to order again at the store, defeating time-management. Ive tried one day 2 weeks ago on my lunch break... Had to eat on the way back because of this happening. I make an order at home, go by there at the time it stated my order would be ready and they cannot find my order--again. Instead of ordering (at the store again), I decided to go to their competitor, Jasons Deli, and order through their app.

I like McAllisters food more than I do Jasons Deli, but when I pre-order because I am pressed for time, Ill go to their competition and let them have my money.

PLEASE FIX!
