Won't let me place my tea pass order.

Doesn’t even give the option to change your email, I called there help line and during there hours and was sent to voicemail and now I can’t access my account and lost my points this is by far the worst food app I’ve ever downloaded if it was fixed and they actually knew how to answer a phone it would be no problem with it but until then I’m done giving a company that doesn’t help there customers anymore business.

I just created an account and the app keeps saying my email or password is incorrect. sent an email to reset, reset password did not work because i need to use a new and unused password…THE PASSWORD WAS NEW. I cannot even redeem my points now

Garbage app. I only downloaded for the t-mobile Tuesdays bonus and it does not even work, so i went to go delete my account and it literally does not let you. There is an option that says “delete my account” and it just takes you to their contact me page on the website where deleting your account is not even an option. Why have an app if you are going to link to the website no matter what someone tries to do?

I can login fine on the website, but the mobile app won’t accept my login. My only guess is my email has a hyphen in it, which is causing issues on their app. Seems like an amateur mistake in development.

Set here for 30 mins won’t let my select my location near me? App worked fine 2 years ago now doesn’t work

Tried adding a credit card with a 2030 expiration date and it would not accept it. Update please

Since the last update I can no longer place orders through the app due to a repeated error message about the rewards not being available. I order here at least once a week and this makes me not want to eat here since I can’t place my order ahead of time and the wait for my location is typically 25+ mins. Please fix this!!

Normally love using the app to order ahead but ever since I got my new card I’ve been unable to place an order. It appears to not recognize any expiration dates from 2030 as valid. Please fix so I can continue using the app :/

Any time I try to place an order, I get the “we can’t make the order by your selected time.” This erases my payment info, so by the time I fix it, get the same message. Changing the order time to ASAP or later fixes nothing. The app doesn’t achieve its most integral function, ended up not being able to order.

Just updated app. Tells me unable to retrieve rewards - I don’t have any - I click OK and it cycles right back every time I try to checkout.

Horribly designed app and terrible restaurant! constant glitches and crashes! If you like good food and you value your time and money, stay far away from Mcalisters!

The apps says my card is invalid because the expiration date is in 07/30

Then how 'bout it not be watery, cold, and bland slop?! Haven't ordered from y'all since you started charging for it and it'll stay that way. If it comes on the side why you charging for it? How bout save money on the pickles everyone throws away because they taste funny.

I always order and love the Grilled Chicken Caesar Wrap and the Smokey Pepper Jack Turkey for my Choose 2 options. They compliment each other so well and taste so fresh every time. The price is perfect for these combinations - oh yeah and the pickles are always delicious!

We came in for our usual lunch and was served by Amber. Every time we come Amber is always so nice and friendly to us. She bends over backwards to make our lunch experience exceptional. She is one of the main reasons we return.

Great salads, tea and service!

The app tells me to scan the bar code on my receipt to add my reward points but there is no bar code on my receipt. It does not allow for manual input like other restaurants.

spent 10 minutes waiting for my account to be activated then when i retried and this time allowed mcalisters to send me emails, it worked instantly, wouldnt accept apple pay. basically unusable, i thought apps were supposed to be convinient

Order from somewhere else. If there’s an issue with your order there’s no way to get help. They can straight up not deliver your food and your out however much you spent

I put an identical order in my web browser and then put the exact same order in the app, then compared the taxes and fees and was being charged $.25 more on the app for the exact same order. The price difference was actually listed on the tax portion rather than the fee portion, which makes absolutely no sense because I should be taxed the same based on my location not the method of ordering.

I have tried every way to log in multiple times. Reset passwords to Apple, facebook, and every other way you can log in and it just gives me an error. Cant even log in as a guest to order online.

Every time I try to order through this app, non of my payment methods work! I’m sick of having to call in my orders!!!

I appreciate the rewards program for free food!

I downloaded the app while in the restaurant, scanned my receipt and got a message to wait 5 minutes. It’s been two days and it still won’t take the receipt. Deleted the app.

Went to the McAllisters on 17 in Surfside. 2 people at the counter but no one was moving. I had 4 old people in front of me. The other girl was helping a couple. I waited for what felt like 10 minutes. Definitely close to it. No one moved. The old people were wandering around talking amongst themselves, getting menus from the front. But no progress. The girl taking their order wasn’t inputting anything. There was a 3rd woman (maybe a manager) that was at the counter but did nothing to help the disorganization. I had to walk out. I’ll try them again but if this is the norm, then I’ll skip them.

I set up an account a while back but cannot remember my PW. I tried retrieving my pw but I have come to the conclusion that the system either is not matching my email address or is not storing the email. I’ve entered my email multiple times and it says it’s sending the pw but I never get anything from mcallisters. I even entered a bogus email and it told me it was sending my pw. So I next setup an new account with my wife’s info. It gives me a free reward which I activate and I get a QR code. Then I exit out of the QR code and go to the restaurant to redeem. When I go back into the app the reward is gone. Very poor. I’m going to keep using the app because I’m not going to pass up rewards and I like McAllisters but this app is very poor.

The app offers a button to delete account but when you take it, it just goes to a website that is not offer that action.

I keep trying to order table side at Mccallisters on the app on my iPhone. The app just gives me error messages and doesn’t work. It works fine for android users that I know. Please fix this.

I asked for a 6” French dip without cheese. Confirmed with the cashier. Heard tell the folks in the back that the sandwich was without cheese. Got home and there’s cheese all over the sandwich. My bad for not checking before I left, but it’s a simple request.

It won't let you finish the app or get any rewards or do anything unless you turn on your location services.

Won’t let me log in. Won’t let me change my password. I haven’t eaten at McAllisters in months, and was kind of wanting that. Well, not now.

App does what it needs to do menu wise. But not having ApplePay as a checkout option is annoying.

Disappointed that something easy to make can go wrong in so many ways, bread is hard to eat, texture resembles cardboard. Excessive green onions and onions way to big to disguise the milky flavor of the ranch sauce, most flat bread have the taste of Parmesan cheese and onions should be smaller for a better bite. Stick to salad and sandwich next time. I can not give it a 0 star is not available. Chicken on the southwest chicken salad was no present at all.

I love McAllister‘s food and I eat there frequently. Recently I had an order delivered and the order was correct except there was not a brownie included. This has happened to me every time I have ordered for delivery. Are you just saving the calories for me?

Sometimes the app works great…other times it essentially falls apart when I’m about to submit my payment, especially the tip section. It’s frustrating to put everything in, and then if I choose not to tip (which I don’t on carry out orders unless they’re massive, and they never are) or hit other to try to get around it, the app refuses to continue. But if you leave it at the default 15% or go up to 20% it’s completely fine. Seriously, it’s not only frustrating, but it’s also kind of sketchy when it does that.

Update July 2024. Finally Apple Pay! Welcome to the 21st century, McAlister’s! Downloaded the app for the first time in a while. Went to pick out my meal and came to pay - still no Apple Pay on the app. What’s the hold up?

THEY CHARGE EXTRA TO ORDER THROUGH THE APP. Other companies offer incentives to order online

Don’t even waist your time. The app will never scan your receipts. It says you have to wait but I’ve waited for 1 or even 2 days and they never go through. I called customer support to tell them the problem but they were rude and didn’t even seam to have a concern.

This McAlister’s location is now one of my favorite food places. I can always count on courteous, professional service and tasty salads, sandwiches, and soups. I eat there a couple times per week and am looking forward to the delicious food. Thank you!!!

App is basically useless. I like the food but the app is SOOO BUGGY. constantly get an error message that “error has occurred.” Can’t apply rewards even though they’re eligible. Even the website won’t let me log in! Awful experience.

This app is so garbage it has an error and crashes when I try to sign in

After 3 days the 30 day tea pass stopped working. Tried entering the promo code again but it indicated that it had already been used.

Checking out with Apple Pay doesn’t work. Just goes back to cart.
